The successful candidate with have tremendous opportunities for significant responsibilities involving research, trial preparation, analysis and writing. Additional opportunities may include attending arbitration hearings and depositions as well as attending court hearings. Must be 2L.

Elder Law & Probate Legal Assistant
Barna, Guzy and Steffen, Ltd. is now hiring a full-time Elder Law & Probate Legal Assistant with 2+ years of experience. Experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Special Needs, and/or Elder Law preferred. This position is intended to support at least two attorneys.
