Scott practices in our Commercial and Business Law group and has more than twenty years of experience serving clients in a wide range of business issues and transactions. Previously a partner at Zappia & LeVahn and Henson & Efron, Scott has also acted as the COO and General Counsel for a private equity firm.
Scott routinely works with clients in mergers and acquisitions; having represented both buyer and seller in both large and small transactions. He has experience in tax law, securities and all areas of business formation, franchise law, and corporate governance. Clients rely on his extensive experience negotiating and completing complex business transactions of all types across numerous industries.
