Luc D. Berard Attorney
Luc Berard brings a thoughtful and practical approach to legal problem-solving, drawing on experience in real estate, estate planning, agriculture, and business-related matters. His academic background in law, history, philosophy, and theology, combined with hands-on legal experience, allows him to analyze complex issues from multiple perspectives and develop solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
Prior to joining BGS, Luc was a Student Associate at another Minnesota firm where he collaborated closely with attorneys in the firm's real estate and agricultural law practice groups. His experience includes drafting easements, zoning memoranda, contracts, and other transactional documents, as well as conducting legal research and assisting with litigation matters involving banking, water rights, and construction disputes.
Outside of work, Luc enjoys hunting, ice fishing, and taking on projects around the house. He runs a small hobby farm with his wife and young son, producing fruits, vegetables, eggs, and honey.
