Emily R Giese Attorney
Emily Giese is an associate attorney in BGS’s Estate Planning & Probate & Trust Administration department. She joined BGS as a law clerk in 2025 while completing her J.D. at University of Minnesota Law School. Her law clerk experience includes; drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives and other legal documents.
Prior to joining BGS Emily worked for Ramsey County attorney’s office, gaining experience in assisting the community with legal issues including child support; unemployment, and more. She was also an advocate at the Tubman Chrysalis Center recommending resources for clients in need of Pro-Bono Representation and assistance with Self-Representation. Emily enjoys assisting clients in navigating the legal field and achieving positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with family and friends, cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events, and spending time at the cabin.
