David R. Schaps Shareholder
David R. Schaps is an experienced attorney in the areas of labor arbitration, economic development, public administration, and state and local government law. He is a frequent guest lecturer at the Hamline Graduate School of Business and Mitchell Hamline School of Law on these topics. Before joining BGS, he served as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Oakdale, Minnesota.
Dave is an avid fan of Minnesota’s professional sports teams. He regularly volunteers with the Roseville Area Optimist Club and loves to spend time traveling and walking along the North Shore of Lake Superior.
