Adam J. Revoir Associate Attorney
Adam is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Law department. He joined BGS in January 2024 as a law clerk and became an associate after passing the bar in October 2025. Since joining the firm, Adam has supported businesses and entrepreneurs with a range of corporate matters, including shareholder and operating agreements, trademark matters, licensing agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Before BGS, Adam served as a Judicial Extern within the Fourth Judicial District, where he obtained valuable experience in the courtroom. He also brings prior experience working with in-house counsel at Fortune 500 companies and advising 501(c)(3) organizations.
Outside of work, Adam serves as co-chair of the MSBA D&I council, volunteers with local community organizations, enjoys playing tennis and proud dog dad.
