Local Government and Employment Attorney David Schaps was recently awarded a North Suburban Gavel Association “Volunteer of the Year” recognition at an event on May 15th at the Roseville OVAL. Dave was among ten award winners from various volunteer and non-profit groups that operate in and around the Roseville Area. Attorneys and staff at Barna, Guzy and Steffen gathered this afternoon to celebrate BGS Attorney/Shareholder Doug Dehn who is officially retiring. Doug received many well wishes and some new Titlelist golf balls during his retirement celebration at BGS. Doug graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 1976 and was admitted to the bar on October 1st, 1976 almost 38 years ago to this day.
