The Shareholders of Barna, Guzy & Steffen, Ltd. announce that\u00a0Angela M. Woessner<\/a> has been named Shareholder.\u00a0 Angela is a 2003 cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School.\u00a0 She began her career at BGS in 2004 as an associate in the Real Estate department after clerking at the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility.\u00a0 She concentrates her practice on all aspects of commercial real estate, including those related to the acquisition, sale, leasing and development of real estate.
\nIn addition to being named Shareholder, Angela was recently recognized as a \u201cRising Star\u201d by Super Lawyers in the area of Real Estate for the 5th<\/sup> time.
\nOutside of work and work related activities, Angela is Co-Chair of Lanes for Friendship, Highland Friendship Club\u2019s flagship yearly fundraising event, as well as a member of its Development Committee.\u00a0 Highland Friendship Club is a nonprofit association that offers young adults with disabilities the opportunity to take part in activities and classes designed especially for them.\u00a0 Angela is also a board member of the Cretin-Derham Hall High School Alumni Association.
