Wearmouth, Joe M.

Joe is an associate in our firm’s Employment and Business Litigation section. Before joining BGS he worked as an associate attorney at a large Minneapolis-based law firm where he litigated complex civil cases and worked on sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions. Joe appears in state and federal courts for trials and discovery and dispositive motion hearings.

During law school Joe clerked in the legal department of the Minnesota Vikings, received 7 CALI Awards for academic achievement, and earned the M. Arnold Lyons Award for the Highest Academic Achievement in the Graduating Class.
