Jim Vogl has practiced as an attorney in the area of employee benefits since 1993. Jim has specialized in the design, implementation and maintenance of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Prior to 1993, Jim was a benefits consultant and CPA for 8 years. Jim has worked on hundreds of ESOP transaction for clients in all types of businesses. Jim primarily works with clients that are small to medium closely-held companies.
